Margot has been a little slower to speak than Hazel was, but it starting to build a vocabulary.

GA JE ( Chinese for big sister)

Po (Chinese for carry)
Hide – anything she can’t find
Oat – for oatmeal
Bee – for her bee toy, or Honey Nut Cheerios

Margot will also, when asked, will go wash her hands, included climbing up the stool.

We took the girls for the long promised and long overdue ear piercing, and then for some nice indian food after.

Hazel had a poetry assignment for school. They had to create a book with a certain number of different styles of poems, including haikus, cinquain, diamante, ballads, ode, and elegy.
