Dear Zoe,
Last night, my mom showed me chopsticks. Apparently people from Asia, where my mom’s side of the family is from, use them to eat, instead of a fork. I found it hard.

Sometimes I got food into my mouth, which was cause for great celebration.

The peanut butte and jelly sandwhich my dad made me for breakfast was a lot easier to eat, and yummy!

We took the girls for the long promised and long overdue ear piercing, and then for some nice indian food after.

Hazel had a poetry assignment for school. They had to create a book with a certain number of different styles of poems, including haikus, cinquain, diamante, ballads, ode, and elegy.

We did Tuesday tacos, and Margot was playing with my phone while we waited. She said she was trying to look mysterious.
