We were in another part of the museum, and they announced that they were doing the bee talk and dance.I asked her if she wanted to go. Her response: (Serious face) "Welllllllll, I’ve been to the bee dance before, but it’s been awhile and I could use some practice…. "

Hazel and Margot hunting for dirt

Hazel was inspired by a Sid the Science kid cartoon and decided she wanted to “hunt for dirt and investigate what’s in dirt.” Hazel’s backpack contained a notebook, pen, and magnifying glass. Margot was the sidekick helper; Margot’s backpack was empty.

Mr. Rogers

I introduced Hazel to Mr. Rogers this morning for her 20 minutes of videos. She loves it. Makes me happy.

Berry eater

Not sure if Hazel has a career as a berry farmer in her future. Left was taken as I was picking the raspberries. Right was a few minutes later. I was picking some cucumbers and turned out to see my "helper" asking if there were any more berries.
