We rented some bikes for a hot but very enjoyable ride on the bike path around Sun Moon lake. Had a great time. Margot was thrilled to see wild monkeys!
I love Open Streets events, where roads are closed to cars, allowing people to come together and explore and enjoy parts of town without worrying about cars. We’ve ridden in and enjoyed many.

I went to San Diego to participate in a triathlon. It was 70.3 miles, consisting of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run. It was in support of Challenged Athletes Foundation, and thanks to the generosity of my friends and
