Mini Cooler Bags

Sometimes we do things as parents we don’t really understand.

For anyone that doesn’t know, Trader Joe’s bags, particularly the mini totes and mini cooler bags, have become a trend. Even in Asia, we saw people carrying them around. They tend to sell out very quickly and people line up to buy them. Margot has wanted one for a long time, to use as a lunch box for school, and the latest drop was in a peach color that is her favorite color. She has been waiting for a release date for at least two months and was really nervous they’d be released when we were traveling.

But rumors on the Internet said today was the day. So today Margot and I got up early and headed over to get in line. Got there around 6:30 and the line was forming. By opening the line wrapped around the building and we couldn’t see the end.

But we got bags and Margot was thrilled even if I don’t understand it makes me happy that she is happy.
