Had a very long weekend at the shop this weekend. But tonight was nice. A good dinner cooked by Kim, and then a nice time assembling Lego with Hazel. Lego was my favorite growing up. Only problem now is that Hazel doesn’t need any help anymore, so I don’t get to build any. I’m going to have to start asking for kits myself for Christmas so I have something to build too.
We took the girls for the long promised and long overdue ear piercing, and then for some nice indian food after.
Hazel had a poetry assignment for school. They had to create a book with a certain number of different styles of poems, including haikus, cinquain, diamante, ballads, ode, and elegy.
