Margot and I are the early birds of the family, and so its not uncommon for us to head over to Starbucks on a weekend morning to let Kim and Hazel sleep in. I spend a lot of time with both girls, but I don’t really get a ton of time with just Margot, so I kind of love the excuse. Today we are making silly faces, practicing talking, and dropping napkins and watching them fall.
We took the girls for the long promised and long overdue ear piercing, and then for some nice indian food after.
Hazel had a poetry assignment for school. They had to create a book with a certain number of different styles of poems, including haikus, cinquain, diamante, ballads, ode, and elegy.
We did Tuesday tacos, and Margot was playing with my phone while we waited. She said she was trying to look mysterious.
